Ashley Store

Allison was very helpful and got the best quality for the price! She told me when my bedroom suit would be delivered and offered her services should I have any problems once it came. Would highly recommend Ashley for any furniture needs.

4/08/2026 my husband and I went into the Ashley store, we were met by Lindsey Wardlow. We came into the store with specific measurements and had a good idea of what we were looking for. The couch we decided on we also wanted the ottoman to go with it. We sat on the very couch we had decided on. Went over measurements multiple times. Confirmed that we was getting exactly what we ordered. Even purchased a protection plan for said couch. Then a manager come and confirmed to close the sell that we was getting that very couch and ottoman. We paid full price for this and did not finance a dime to get this exact furniture. So on 4/17/2026 the furniture was delivered. The entire armless loveseat for the center by the chase is missing. Lindsey admitted that it was her honest mistake. Instead of making it right they now want us to buy the $500 armless couch plus pay shipping for another $299. I tried to get our money back on the furniture and we could just buy something different but after speaking to the store manager, general manager, customer service, and the road department it turns out that they’re not going to give us our money back at all. I attached photos of what we ordered, how much we paid, and what we got. I really just wanted Ashley Furniture to fix their mistake. Because how does a $1399.99 couch turn out to be almost $3000. The biggest scam. From the storefront to the corporate, it’s all a scam. No need to for Ashley to even respond to this review for me to contact customer service because I’ve contacted customer service 3 times. It’s gotten me no where.

Mike Norvell helped us and was very knowledgeable about products. More importantly, Mike was very friendly but never pushy. That I appreciated the most! I would definitely return to Ashley’s if Mike were the salesman.

We had a great experience at this Ashley store. The associate was knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our needs. When we had questions after the sale, they were readily available to answer. Delivery was on time with great communication before and on delivery day.

This store has the best customer service around. After being treated poorly at Room to Room we decided to try Ashley. The prices were higher, but they price match and deliver. Shannon was our sales person. It was her first day on the floor and she was amazing. These people treat you like people, unlike others we recently visited in town. Many places carry Ashley at a cheaper rate, but the fact that they price match is amazing. We saved a ton of money after showing them a price on Amazon that was much cheaper. Great place and great customer service.
