I was working with Terrence the store manager he was great. He helped me to find what I was looking for. He was very friendly and professional. Which made the buying experience actually enjoyable. No hard sell just asked if there was anything in particular I was.looking for and showed me what they had. I also learned about performance fabric and the abuse it can take from animals and kids and still look great. Thanks Terrence for a great experience. I'll be back soon.

Sales person, Michelle was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. We went into the store with predetermined criteria for our needs and she helped with selections. Delivery is yet to happen, by our choice but we look forward to have our new pieces in place and removal of all packing material. The store was very nice, good lighting, no pressure by sales personnel and big selections.

⭐ Public Warning Review If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture, please learn from our experience and get EVERYTHING in writing. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and were told at the time of sale that there was a 90-day return policy. That reassurance is the only reason we felt comfortable spending nearly $5,000. When we tried to return it, we were told that was not true. Suddenly, there was no return option, only the ability to “upgrade” to something even more expensive. We had already paid $4,800 for this Tempur-Pedic mattress. Why would we be out more money with no guarantee that we could sleep on it? Now we are stuck with a $5,000 mattress that neither of us can sleep on comfortably. This felt like a commission-driven sale where we were told what we needed to hear to make the purchase, not the actual policy. Had we been given honest information upfront, we never would have bought it. Please protect yourself—do not rely on verbal promises. Get every policy clearly in writing before you buy.

Me and my wife purchased a 3k sectional with a chase lounge. Came into the store and found what my wife love. We ordered it so after we received the sectional it was very hard not comfortable like the display well it’s 10 or 11 months olde and the cushions and caving in on the sides it sits and lays horrible. We even purchased extended warranty we have called and called even spoke with Sales manager Terrance and he keeps promising to git everything took care of and promises to call us back and never does. Michelle was wonderful. Patient, helpful, clear. The young man who loaded my furniture stayed overtime to take care of it for me. He also had a great attitude! Model employees.
