If I could give Ashley furniture zero stars I would. They absolutely will not stand behind their product. I spent over $6000 on two couches with the built-in sound system. They said we had three business days to inspect them and if we did not like them we could return it. The day we got the couches home and hooked them up via Bluetooth. We were extremely unhappy. There is a delay between the TV and the couches on the sound. . We immediately called the sales person and he gave us a number for their service center . We asked about returning them. They stated that they had to send out a tech first to look at them, then if they could not rectify the issue, they Could look at letting us return them. The technician came out the following Wednesday and was unable to fix the issue.. They ordered two new speakers for one of the couches which is not going to fix the delay problem. I asked them about a refund on the couches. They stated that they will not give a refund because it was past the three day policy mind you it was not past the three-day policy when I initiate the Complaint. They later text me back telling me that they would give me a $80 refund even though I spent over $6000 on two couches that I cannot use the sound system in. They have had multiple complaints about the defect of the delay in the sound on these couches. I’ve found out. Ashley furniture will not stand behind their product. I highly recommend no one to buy anything from them for this reason alone.

My mom and I went to this Ashley location to look for a simple couch. We worked with Marsha to look at every option in the store. Marsha was awesome! She was gracious, kind, and personable. We found a couch that we loved here and bought it, same day. We are supposed to have it delivered within a week. We are so excited for our purchase and truly grateful for such a great experience. I recommend asking for Marsha when you go in.

Kina, was our Sales Agent that explained everything that we asked about this GREAT sectional couch, a reclining sectional couch. We fell in love with it the very first time my wife & I sat down & felt its' comfort. Thank you Kina, you did a SUPERB JOB!!! Chris

His friendly and professional attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Vonte was also extremely helpful in guiding me toward the right choices for my needs. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture, I definitely recommend asking for him!

My wife and I went with intentions of only looking at living room furniture. I hope I'm saying it correctly, but we had Gavin as our sales associate and he was 100% professional. He was knowledgeable on everything courteous while letting us look around and available for any questions we had along with no pressure. Long story short, we made a purchase with excellent prices along with the protection and delivery. I definitely recommend this store and we'll continue to shop here.
