I love the atmosphere and the employees, everyone was so kind, Mr. Cedric very helpful, he assisted me with picking out my furniture, Mr. Jason the store manager very professional, talkative, he acknowledges everyone that entered the store, both people that I encountered that day are the epitome of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will be a returning customer.

The least you can do is to tell me how much the delivery is. But nevermind, I'm taking my business elsewhere after today's experience.

I like employees to offer instead of having to find someone ( if you can ) It is part of an outside mall with lots of other shops.
View on GoogleThere is no 90 days same as cash. They lied, your credit will be ran and if you’re not approved, you will have nothing. They also state that your job is your credit that is also a lie. That don't very job, everything IS credit.
View on Google*** HORRIBLE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE *** I went to this store to purchase a sofa and love seat. First of all when me and my girlfriend walked in the store we were greeted by two EMPLOYEES using very loud and vulgar language although the front desk clerk Jason was very courteous and professional during the process. I ordered a sofa and love seat and was told it would be brand new. The order came as expected but as I inspected it I saw a very large rip in the sofa’s right side. I spoke with the store manager and advised her of the inconvenience, then asked her if it could be replaced with another model of the same or replaced with a new one of the same price. She denied my request and stated I have already bought it and it would be a processing issue on replacing the couch. My only other option was to get the couch that was on display .. who wants a couch everyone has been sitting on and playing with “COVID” , “MONKEY POX” .. I was told I was getting new funiture! And that is what I paid for and was intending to get!!! Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your money on this poor excuse for a funiture store I have never wrote a review in my life but I can’t let anyone go through what I went through *** WARNING WARNING WARNING ***
