Ashley Store

Store is wonderful. Salesman Roy Galicia from Corsicana was enjoyable to work with. Only problem when I tried to call to correct the address from 522 to 5220 the person or AI had trouble understanding me. I also had another open order for a couch sectional. I tried to change the address from my daughter's house (5220) to my newly built home to 4879 same road...he said he could not do that. So that means my furniture (couch) will be delivered to 5220 and I will have to get a truck to move the boxes myself. I am 74 yrs old. I will also hope the other order doesn't get delivered to '522'. There is no 522 only 5220. I would have preferred to speak to a real customer service representative. I just moved here from NY and in between homes. My house was being built and I bought my couch back in January. Now my new home is ready. So I am deducting a start for delivery issues.

I ordered a mattress today at Corsicana. The salesperson was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cant remember her name. She's 22 dark hair. Anyway I took over an hour laying on and asking questions about several mattresses. Thanks, and looking forward to my new mattress. I will recommend people your way. Sharon L. Lowery Happy customer

Katy of Ashley Furniture did an outstanding job in assisting my family in finding the right mattress and gliding chair for our daughter. She was very professional in her customer service skills and she demonstrated the services of Ashley and the needs to fulfill our specific needs. Thank you, Katy for your help and support!

Roy assisted me with making the perfect purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly! I will definitely come back to his store for my next furniture purchase.

I had an outstanding experience at Ashley HomeStore, and a huge part of that was thanks to Roy Galicia, the sales manager. From the moment I walked in, Roy made me feel welcome and taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what I was looking for—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. Roy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and that everything was just right with my purchase. He took the time to explain product options, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly values customer satisfaction. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend stopping by Ashley HomeStore and asking for Roy Galicia—he’s the kind of professional you want helping you furnish your home.
