I absolutely love my bedroom furniture from Ashley! The highlight is Krystal, I cannot say enough good things about her. Extremely knowledgeable on the products she is selling. Very kind and compassionate. The patience and had with my 82 year old mother for purchasing her mattress is beyond words. She was extremely patient with me as well. I very highly recommend this Ashley location to anyone and if you go ask for Krystal! And again the furniture quality is fantasy as all of my past furniture purchases from them have been! Cannot be more happy with Ashley Furniture and KRYSTAL!!

When visiting the Ashley Furniture in Arlington, TX, I recommend that you seek out Sales Associate Gayle. She was very courteous and understanding of our wants and needs. Her customer service is exceptional and she doesn’t stop being of help at time of sale. She followed up to make sure the delivery was completed and everything was order.

This was my first time purchasing from Ashley Furniture, and I had a great experience. Chad and Chris, the sales associate and manager, helped me choose the perfect sofa and found the best deal for me. They were very patient, answered all of my questions, and never showed any frustration. What I appreciated most was their genuine and professional attitude. They truly made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you both for doing such a wonderful job!

This is the best place in the entire world. Went in for a living room and Christopher helped us. He is a fantastic customer service rep. Also General Manager Michael helped us and treated us fantastic. The whole crew in the store os amazing. Come see them and let them help you with your needs.

KOREY was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I moved my daughter from AL to Arlington to attend college. My daughter needed everything immediately, especially a bed as we were sleeping on the floor. Korey had a matress delivered the next day with the remaining furniture arriving 4 days later. Then my daughter changed her mind about the couch and he was gracious and kind about it, immediately providing her options. She found something she liked somewhere else so she asked for a refund and he arranged it all, even calling us on his day off. I haven't had this level of service in a very long time. It was refreshing! He told my daughter that she could come and see him any time, and he assured me, as I was heading back to AL, that he would help her with anything she needed for her new home. He was kind, fair, informed, straight-forward, and respectful...not enough adjectives. If you or your kids need furniture, there is no better place than Ashley in the Metroplex and you will not find a better person to assist you than Korey!!
