We enjoyed our experience at this store and it's why we always come back.We like to look around and test out furniture on our own and freely discuss the pros and cons with each other in privacy then come back to the salesman with questions on the different items we are interested in. Justin Tapper was very gracious in allowing us to go at our own speed yet always being close by in case we had a question. As a retired couple in our 70s we have to be very frugal shoppers. Friendly sales person.tons of awesome furnature. Prices are decent to good. Only cpl things that i didnt like. Main thing is they dont take the old furniture when bring the new like they used to, So kind of a major hickup. But we bought a nice set anyway, and dissapointed in having to figure out how to dispose of the old furnature, was close to a deal breaker. Other than that nice to deal with. Hopefully all goes well with delivery. .

I purchased a mattress from the Ashley store. I had a previous mattress under warranty that they gave me credit for. When I bought the new mattress I was told I wouldn't get a warranty on a new mattress because I'd already went through the warranty for the old mattress. So I bought a $2,700 mattress with no warranty. The new mattress had a flaw. I called them and they said they couldn't honor it because I'd exhausted the warranty. So you get a brand new mattress with an old warranty that expired. Not so sure that that's good business. Could you imagine buying a car trading in your old one? Not getting a new warranty because your old cars warranty had expired. Be careful. Make sure you know the warranty fine. Print when purchasing from the Ashley store!

Very friendly but not pushy staff. Drilon was very helpful and friendly while we were trying to decide on new livingroom furniture. We bought the moto motion sofa and recliner. Love it! Was delivered quickly and driver's were very professional. Drilon even checked up with us after to make sure we were enjoying it. Definitely recommend shopping at the store in Erie!
