Sleep Number

I waited to send a review until I had used the products for awhile. I do like the bed, not as much as I had hoped. But the pillows are awful I cant even use them without waking up with an ear ach. They get rock hard by the middle of the night. And the sheets that were supposed to stop night sweats are the hottest sheets I have. I cant even use them because I have to wash them after every use I sweat so bad when they are on the bed. So disappointed in the pillows and sheets. You dont allow instore pick up for the bed but charged me $200 to deliver. AND that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. That should be illegal. I paid Thousands of dollars for a bed and I had to pay extra for a controller for said bed. Not everyone wants their phone next to the bed and where I live internet is unreliabe at best. I sure hope the bed lasts as long as it is advertised to last. I do not know if I would recommend the bed, but I will definitely not recommend the products and will advise anyone to watch out for the sales people who obviously make commission on adding things to the bill without disclosing them.

We had a very good experience. All of our questions were answered, an ample amount of time was given to try out the beds, and every effort to give us the best price was made by Kidanny, our sales person.

Isiah was amazing from the moment we walked in! Pleasant, friendly, informative and extremely helpful in helping me decide which bed to get. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a sleep number bed. 5 stars for sure!!

Isaiah was personally involved in the entire experience. We have been everywhere to determine which mattress would be our best choice. We were impressed with Isaiah’s knowledge of all his products & his understanding of the President’s Day sale. We purchased a king & a queen mattress. We can’t wait until their arrival!!

Although this was a long process due to my father being of aging and unable to make a complete decision throughout the process, we were told the price he was given was for a single tube queen size bed. Only to find out that they were dual tubes for the price and the bed size he was Looking at We did purchase the bed and hope that it makes a difference in his sleep experience
