Furniture Row

My husband and I were looking for new bedroom furniture. Stopped into Furniture Row and was greeted by Matthew. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. But, best of all, he didn’t stalk us through the store while we were looking and discussing what we liked and didn’t like with each bedroom grouping we looked at. We were in on Saturday. We didn’t buy at that time, but took Matthew’s card “just in case”. Honestly, we had a couple other places we wanted to look at. We spent the rest of our day comparing what we looked at to what we saw at Furniture Row. We talked all day Sunday and called Matthew on Monday morning and told him we were ready to buy. He came in on his day off to help us and make sure we were happy with our purchase! We are very happy with what we bought and the fantastic customer service! Thank you Matthew!

We stopped in today looking for a kitchen table and chairs. Matthew greeted us, introduced himself, and was very helpful! He didn’t hover, which we were very thankful for, however when we had questions he was very forthcoming with the answers. We wound up with exactly what we were looking for plus a new coffee table and end table. We enjoyed our experience, and I’m sure we will be back!

We’ve been buying from Furniture Row for 10 years and we’ve always received high quality. Sectional couch, mattresses, dining room chairs and beds…top notch stuff! 10/10 on their mattresses too. Beyond that, the staff is amazing here. Low pressure. High helpfulness!

Matthew was awesome! Showed us several different items we were interested in and we made a decision. Very easy for us to choose. The whole experience was great and will definitely go back. Thanks Matthew for your time and expertise!

Matthew met us as we walked into the store. He introduced himself and told us if we needed anything to come and see him. He gave us space to look around and to try out the furniture without hovering over us. He came and checked up on us and asked if we had any questions. When I had a question we went and found him and he walked us over to the recliner that went with the couch that we were looking at. He also showed us another recliner that would go with the couch we were looking at. Then he gave us space to talk things over. We walked back over to the couch and sat and talked about what we wanted. Then we got up and walked over to Matthew and told him what we wanted. We bought a couch, loveseat and ottoman. We told him we would be back to look at the recliner. I wanted to bring my mom up to try the recliner. I love that he gave us space to look and talk things over and checked up on us. Thats the kind of salesman I like. I dont like someone hovering over me and pushing me to buy something. I gave give 5 stars because of the way he interacted with us without being pushy. He is a fine example of the way a salesman should be. We will go back and buy a recliner when he gets back from his time off.
