We were allowed to sample them multiple times. The process was easy. The delivery was able to be made the next day. Notification of probable time the night before, the morning of, and then closer to time was excellent. The delivery staff was courteous and made short work of bringing the new mattress in and removing the old mattress. The whole experience was very positive.
