We are very happy with our mattress and base purchase. Very appreciative of David’s guidance and expertise to help us find the right mattress. Delivery was next day which was excellent. They were on time and friendly.

Mike at the Alico location was incredible. Extremely friendly, helped me navigate a service call for a warranty on my mattress where I needed an exchange. He was not only professional and courteous he was prompt with scheduling my service call quickly and promptly after waiting a week with a different associate at a different store. Thank you Mike for a very easy a stress-free experience! I appreciate your customer service!

Just bought my dream mattress and got an amazing deal on it thanks to Darell our salesman. Darell was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and answered all our questions making it a really enjoyable experience. This is our 4 mattress from City Mattress and they will always be our go to place for purchasing our mattresses their prices and salesmanship can’t be beat. I would like to REVISE my review and state how UNHAPPY I have been since my purchase. First off, at the time I didn’t realize that down the road, I would have the issues I’m having with my body from these box springs and mattress that I purchased. I purchased a king size bed and found it ODD I was given two twin box frames instead of one King size frame! What A MISTAKE to have NOT made a big deal and send them back. They convinced me it would be fine to use these on my bed frame HOWEVER it has caused soooo much instability that I have issues with my back ALL THE TIME now! And it’s not fair to have been given the incorrect box springs and mattress size when I purchased a king size bed and frame. The “experts” involved in this transaction should’ve known and made sure I would receive the correct frame to avoid ANY ISSUESx The box springs are NEVER symmetrical! They always MOVE when you move! Causing the mattress to now become defective and in turn cause severe pains / stiffness. This was almost a 2k investment. I expected to have something of quality and that is NOT AT ALL what I got!! Avoid this place like the plague, and check out their competitors instead. Wish I did. *Taylor Cajal is the reason I drove 30 min to this location to purchase my mattress. She is one of a kind. Very professional and knowledgeable on the variety of mattresses the company has to offer. She answered all of my questions, and even made it fun to shop for a mattress. She is very outgoing and personable. I absolutely will recommend all of my family and friends come see her for their mattress needs. I can’t wait to get my mattresses. I highly recommend you ask for Taylor for all your mattress needs.
