Made Our Experience Outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I recently visited the store looking for new furniture, and from the moment we walked in the door, Susan V. made us feel truly welcome. My husband says she was pleasant from the door to the floor! She was wonderful throughout the entire process — from our first greeting right up to the completion of the sale. Susan is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and options available. She was patient, pleasant, and so easy to talk to. We never felt rushed or pressured; instead, we felt like we were chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect pieces. Her honesty stood out to us — she gave straightforward advice without any upselling tactics, which helped us feel confident in our decisions. Walked in to browse and was greeted by Mrs.Susan Venanzi who was the best specialist we have experienced in the area! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and humorous while helping us through the entire process. She was very understanding and helped us find any furniture we missed while browsing. We did not feel forced or guilted into any purchases which we greatly appreciated. She made sure to keep asking for what our are preferences are and we left with a beautiful new piece and the store had amazing deals! We hope to be able to work with Mrs. Susan again during our next visit.

Rachel provided an outstanding customer service experience during our visit to Ashley Furniture. We have bought furniture here several times over the years. On our most recent visit the sales lady accidentally put in one wrong digit on our order form and we were given the wrong item. We called and they not only immediately fixed it, but they upgraded our second delivery. My husband was going to be putting together the barstools himself, but they delivered the second round fully assembled. We appreciated that they went above and beyond with customer service. Alan is thee man. Super friendly, funny and on top of things. He did everything he could to find us what we wanted for as quick to get it delivered as quick as possible. Just moved here. Nothing more stressful than buying furniture but they made it very very easy and so smooth. Rachel also was super on top of things. Helped so much. Both super nice to talk to. Thank you both couldn’t recommend them more.
