Gregory helped us out wonderfully when we came in today to buy a couch. So excited to get our couch next week. He helped with every single question we had and was there for the whole process. From start to finish, he paid attention to our style, what we were looking for and helped suggest things we would like. Fantastic experience.

If I could give them a zero I would. Absolutely the worst service ever. I paid for a $2400 sofa got my delivery date confirmed, sent my old sofa to the trash (cause they don’t move it and must have the set up space prepared). Sofa gets here oops no power cord to run the mechanisms. Which means I can’t test the sofa for its functionality. As per contract customer only has 72 hours to report defects. The delivery drivers, dispatch from the warehouse, and I agree to send it back so they can then bring the whole set up. Contact store cause now I have nowhere to sit and have no idea when I’ll get the sofa. Everyone points fingers gives excuses, but no apologies, no solutions. After 4 days of me chasing them down they say they the “warehouse ordered a whole new set up” instead of just finding the dang power cord. So now 6 more weeks of waiting. No remediation for me, no apology, just more excuses and finger pointing. Meanwhile they billed me at point of sale. No product but they have my money. I’m going to push for a refund because at this point in time I feel this company doesn’t deserve my family’s hard earned money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. PS I found the exact same make and model sofa on Amazon with a free prime delivery and $300 less. So for all those other customers who’ve been shafted with the “it’s not our fault” line, I suggest shop in store to see, feel, and touch then find online and order yourself.

We had an incredible, wonderful experience eith Ashley furniture and with Kelly. She's thr woman in furniture. We went in not really expecting to buy, we were direct and said we probably are not buying amd she still stuck it putcwith us. She left us alone till we started asking questions or telling her what we wanted. She was patient and suggestive without being pushy and intrusive. In the end, she showed us what we ultimately purchased, sold us on all the features. Thank you Kelly!

My husband and I recently bought a couch set from Ashley, and believe it or not, checking out and paying for the couch, was one of my favorite parts of the experience. Two ladies were conversing with me, my husband, and our toddler... They were an absolute joy!! Tanayasia was the one checking us out, and I truly appreciated her ability to be both professional and personable. Great customer service that deserves to be recognized.

We highly recommend! My husband and I came in to browse and see if we could find something here as we had just come from Bob Furniture. We were immediately greeted kindly by Rodneya yesterday evening. She narrowed our search by presenting the best options for us and made our decision easy to make! We honestly loved her transparency, communication and knowledge of the sofas! We highly recommend her! If you come to Ashley for furniture look for her, she’s amazing!
