⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bob’s Discount Furniture – Hagerstown, MD We had a great experience visiting Bob’s Furniture in Hagerstown. The showroom was clean, well organized, and had a wide variety of options to explore. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We found a few pieces we really liked and were close to making an $850+ purchase. The only reason we haven’t moved forward yet is that we’re still waiting to see if any holiday specials or at least free delivery promotions become available. Once that happens, we’ll definitely be back to finalize our purchase. Overall, great customer service and a solid selection. Looking forward to doing business with them soon.

We walked in and we were greeted by Mo who was very professional and courteous! He let us know he would be around to help if needed and let us go about our shopping! Everything went great and we enjoyed the shopping experience!

Showroom was beautifully set up with a variety of options. I knew what I was looking for after much online research and I was greeted by Seth who escorted me to the exact product I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and showed all the options available. He was extremely helpful in coordinating a new rug and took time to compare the in stock rugs to assist in a faster delivery. In the end, we secured a delivery date quickly, weeks sooner than online had shown available. Five stars for a friendly knowledge salesman and five stars for a variety of home options that you can see before purchasing.
