Sleep Number

My husband and I have purchased 4 Sleep Number beds, our first three in 2017 and the most recent in 2023. When moving the newest Queen bed from Md to Pa, the remote was missing. In preparation for house guests we set up the bed, but had no way to inflate it. We had out of town company arriving in a few hours, and thought we might have to put pillows in the cavity until we could get some help. I called the 800 number 2 times but they were unable to help. So, I tried calling the number at the store we bought the bed from. I had to leave a message and thought, I only have a short time window! Tiffany called me back just 45 minutes before company was to arrive! She patiently walked me through the app, 18 minutes of walking me through, step by step, volia’, the bed began to inflate!!! THANK YOU TIFFANY!!!! You’re the best!

Love my new mattress from sleep number.. I even bought the sheet set & comforter.. matches well 2gether.. Tiffany really helped me out a lot. I didn't even go 2 the store..

My spouse and I walked into the sleep number store fully expecting to purchase a bed. I had been in the SN website to check the beds out, and quickly received a message from Tiffany. I had no idea which store she worked in, but when I found out she was at our local store, I scheduled an appointment with her. She was very helpful, explaining the categories of the beds, and allowing us to experience the comfort of the models. She was the perfect blend of enthusiasm and low-pressure, guiding us toward the right choice. We purchased an adjustable split king bed and received it within a few days. It is very comfortable. Not only have I been getting good night’s sleep, but I also love the the app that it comes with. It shows each night how many hours restful sleep I get and how much restless sleep I get each night. It gives a sleep score, as well as other vital data. I couldn’t be happier with my SN bed.

I have been interested in a Sleep Number for quite some time. I had studied the Sleep Number beds online prior to visiting the store and talked to many friends who own Sleep Number beds. When we arrived at the store, Michael was very helpful and answered all our questions and we were able to lay on the model that we were interested in while discussing the specifics. We look forward to receiving the bed. I am currently checking my sleep pattern so that I may compare it to the data I get once the bed is received and tested. Once we are able to use the bed I intend to update my review.

This is the 3rd sleep number bed. This one for our camper. I recommend Tiffany very highly. Was awesome to work with helpful and friendly 5 stars
