What started as a very positive shopping experience ended up being an extremely disappointing experience upon delivery of the furniture. We ordered 7 pieces of furniture, 4 of which arrived damaged or stained. After having spent thousands of dollars on this furniture, we expected more out of the quality. We’ve been expecting a phone call from the store manager but never ended up hearing back. While we do love the pieces we ended up getting, it was a frustrating experience and we’ll likely look elsewhere for furniture in the future. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Shae at Ashley while purchasing furniture for our new home. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and truly understood our needs. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind, taking the time to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process with ease. We are excited about our recent couch purchase at Ashley’s. The store was clean and we did not feel pressured to purchase anything when we first walked in the door. We worked with Shae. Derrick was amazing. I was 100% on shopping around for couches and not settling on the first one I saw but Derrick completely changed my mind and I bought my couch the same day.
