Amazing service from the moment we walked through the door! We were warmly greeted by our sales associate, Tony, who is fairly new to the store and his role, but you would never know it by the level of customer service he provided. He was attentive, understanding of our needs, and gave us the freedom to browse without making us feel pressured to buy anything. He was very patient and incredibly helpful with our interests, questions, and concerns we would bring up regarding the furniture pieces we saw. The store manager, Tom, was also incredibly helpful. He worked alongside Tony throughout the entire process as we selected multiple furniture pieces. He was kind, patient, honest, and transparent, which we truly appreciated as customers. Although we came in with the intention of just browsing, we found several pieces we absolutely loved. Thanks to the current sale they offered and the exceptional customer service we received, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity and purchase the furniture for our home. We are truly grateful for the outstanding experience and for the care and professionalism that both Tony and Tom showed us. They made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We were looking for a large dining room table and Jeff was a great help. He helped us move around and find chairs that we liked to go with the table. He did not pressure us and was just nice and pleasant. We bought our bedroom set from asley furniture years ago and are still so happy with it and are excited now for the dining room set. When I arrive at Ashley furniture, I was greeted immediately by Derek the sales person and his assistant. The whole process was really wonderful. He really made me feel comfortable. They both did he allow me my time to roam the store alone which I appreciate and I was able to get the online price which was a lot lower than the store price. That made a difference and I really appreciate it. I’m looking forward to my living room. Set new mattress and recliner. Thank you so much.

I came in looking for mattresses for split king bed. I was met by a lovely saleslady named Tianna. I explained to her what I was looking for. She showed myself and my wife numerous mattresses. At no time did Tianna try to pressure us into a sale. We ended up buying the mattresses and protectors. Tianna was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for and very professional in her job. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

The couches we purchased are incredibly comfortable, and V went above and beyond to make sure our table will arrive in time before the busy holiday season.
