​We had a great time testing out the beds here. Will was excellent! He knows his stuff inside and out, and he managed to be supportive without hovering. A huge shoutout to him for bringing up the veteran verification process early on. Because it took a moment to find my paperwork and get verified online, handling it first thing meant we weren't stuck waiting around at checkout. Will genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect match for our sleep needs. A seamless, professional experience with plenty of great tips along the way!

Will at SN of Harrisburg was very helpful answering our questions and explaining the product differences. We purchased and just spent our first night on the new mattress. I had to readjust my setting a few times during night number 1. I am hoping for a smoother night tonight. My wife woke up singing so she is very happy. Only issue so far is a delay in the mattress protector.
