Ashley Store

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Tala at Ashley Furniture Kingsport. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. Tala was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for—not just making a sale. She listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every detail was right. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how easy she made everything. No pressure, no stress—just a smooth, seamless experience from start to finish. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for Tala. She truly goes above and beyond, and it made all the difference in my experience.

I rarely do reviews, however after the customer service that I received at the store was so amazing that I HAD to!!! Curtis, Gina, and Tala went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. My expectations were exceeded and every question or concern I had was met with amazing customer service! Ashley Furniture of Kingsport TN has definitely became our go to for all of our furniture needs!! They were wonderful and made the experience seamless! 10/10 recommend!!

We went to Ashley's Home furniture in Kingsport thinking this would be an expensive furniture store, but boy were we wrong. The quality was better than average but the prices were genuinely better than any other of the dozen places we went to! There were so many deals as well as things on clearance, but full price alone was insanely low for what we got. And this wonderful associate named Katie really helped us out! She was very friendly and told us helpful information, as well as let us walk around on our own, or without being pushy and pointing to literally everything out on the floor. She made our experience an easy one, and we decided to go home with an awesome sleeper couch. Overall best experience at any furniture store I've had!
