The SleepZone Mattress Centers

After a very unpleasant experience at Ashley, we stopped in to The SleepZone. We were met by James. He asked if he could be of assistance. He listened intently while we explained what we were looking for and our price range. He asked a few questions about sleep habits while he walked us over to a few choices. He explained the differences and told us to take our time. After trying both, he could tell that we hadn't quite found what we were looking for. He asked us to try one more. Explained that it was at the top of our price range but thought it would be closest to what we were looking for. My wife loved it. James then asked her to go back to the less expensive beds to be sure that the more expensive bed was best for her. After trying the original suggestions, she immediately pointed to the last bed saying it was exactly the firmness she was looking for. James actually apologized for recommending the bed that she preferred but said we'd be really close to our desired budget with a 20% discount. I told him that we really appreciated him working to find the perfect bed for us and asked him to write up the sale. Best retail buying experience we've had in years. No up selling. No cross selling. The only reason we ended up with a more expensive mattress is that James could see that my wife wasn't happy with the first two suggestions. Further, I really think James enjoys selling the RIGHT mattress to people with little regard to price or brand. James, sincerest thanks for caring about your customers. It is so very rare today and really meant something to us. We'll see you in November as we have one more mattress to replace. John and Cory.

My husband and I came in on a Sunday needing a new mattress! Todd was working and immediately started showing us a brand he recommended would be great for us. He worked within our budget but of course we went a little out of budget to buy the best quality! Todd was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation! James Fuller worked with us in purchasing a mattress. We appreciate the coupon online with the free box spring. James was very informative about the different mattresses and their brand names. Not pressuring which we really appreciate. He pointed out that how the mattress felt laying on it was the most important factor over price. I had a wonderful experience shopping for my mattress...I stopped in just to look after a horrible experience with Dreamcloud mattress I ordered and had to send back. Todd was working and from the start he was so polite and listened to my needs and didn't try to hard sell me on any mattress. I told him to let me think about it and check around so went to a furniture store that sold mattresses not a good experience so after a few days I went back spoke to Todd again and tried the mattress I had looked at it was the one I got. Delivery was fast. Best sleep I have had in months..no more hands and leggs going numb and waking up all night...Thank You Todd for an awesome experience...will always have my business.... I had just moved to the area, and didn't move my old mattress with me. I researched where to go, and came across The Sleep Zone. Reviews were great, so I stopped in. I am SO glad that I did. I had a great discussion with James about what I like/don't like in a mattress. And then spent almost an hour trying out mattresses. I was so glad that I could just lay there, get comfortable in the mattress and make a decision. It was delivered in about a week, and I love it! My sincere thanks to James for helping me pick a mattress that will last me for a LONG time!
