My all around experience with Furniture row was excellent! My sales representative. Michael was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and definitely went the extra mile. When my furniture was delivered the delivery folks were superb. They were friendly and were very careful with my furniture, bringing it in piece by piece and very carefully putting everything together and making sure it worked appropriately. I would recommend this furniture store to anyone very highly, and if I need to purchase furniture again, I will definitely be coming back.

My boyfriend and I came into Furniture Row in Johnson City for their big sale they were having. Originally, we worked with John, who was not pushy and let us have our time to think and give us some insight onto what type of material might be best for our dogs when it comes to the couch. Two days later, we came back in on the last day of the sale and worked with Derrick! We were on a time crunch, and Derrick was amazing! He calculated the price of every single couch! piece we looked at, educated us on what each material is made out of, how it’s put together, and the longevity. He helped us measure out what would fit in our new living room and educated us on what our puppy can chew and not chew up. He really went into detail with us on everything we were asking. It was a great experience! It was a bit fast because we were under pressure to get the deal for the sale and we ended up purchasing a massive couch!. I highly recommend both salesman. They were great in their own ways.

We had an excellent experience at Furniture Row and wanted to specifically recognize Jessica. She helped us find the perfect chair and ottoman and even carried it out to our car. We are thrilled with our purchase and would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for furniture!
