We bought our 2nd living room set from Scott's yesterday. Our sales person Laura was knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us enough room to discuss our choice without her abandoning us. We just took deli ery of the set we bought this morning. The driver Mark, called us and gave us a time frame of delivery. When they arrived ( on time) they were sfficient and pleasant. Mark and Mitch treated our set as if it were thier own. They checked to make everything was as we wanted it before they left. This level of service is why we choose Scots Furniture for our home.

So I WAS happy with my purchase due to the fact it was the first sort of big purchase for my wife and I, but the delivery service changed everything. Apparently a "tip" was supposed to be given for the delivery and with this being our first purchase for furniture we were not aware, nor were we home. Mother-in-law was there to let them in at the scheduled time and do the work. I do apologize for not leaving a "tip" I didn't know i was supposed to leave but the drivers were adamant about leaving a "tip" to my mother-in-law, and became disrespectful. When she informed them she was not the homeowner the said "well next time tell them to leave a "tip"" as well as "you would tip a pizza deliver wouldnt you???" which i feel was unnecessary to say. We were told they would come in and setup, nothing was mentioned about a tip (if it was we would have tipped, no problem). We waited for a postponed delivery for nearly if not over month and paid over 1400 for our furniture and you throw a fit over a "TIP"?? Ridiculous. As we do appreciate the service given at the store, the delivery service was not appreciated. Perhaps coaching your drivers on how to treat customers is the next best thing. That type of response and behavior is unacceptable.

I was greeted very nicely by Tyler. I told him that I was looking for a brown leather manual recliner. There were none in the store, so he showed me that the only chair available that I might like was a navy blue corduroy recliner. I love it!! ,and we made a sale!!

Mr. Molina was an excellent salesman. He was attentive, knowledgeable and worked with me to ensure I found what I was looking for within my budget. If you shop at Ashley ask for Mr. Molina. Glad I stopped by. Thank you

My husband and I had a great experience at Ashely Furniture! We worked with Alex on buying a new couch and dining room table. He was excellent. Very helpful, kind, and easy to talk to! All the furniture there is beautiful as well!
