Sleep Number

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at Sleep Number! Bob took the time to explain everything in detail from the mattresses to the pillows and the technology behind them. We never felt pressured to buy something we didn’t want. Instead, he focused on educating us so we could make the best decision for our needs. The attention to detail and level of customer service were outstanding. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us understand what would work best, especially since we both have back problems. He answered all of our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. We left feeling informed and excited, and we’ll definitely be coming back when we’re ready to purchase a new bed. I would absolutely recommend Bob and this Sleep Number location to anyone looking for a great mattress-buying experience. Thank you for making what can be an overwhelming process so easy and comfortable!

Bob was extremely informative! He explained everything in a real-life, practical way that actually made sense, which we really appreciated. There was absolutely no pressure…just honest education about the different types of beds and what might work best for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping, not just making a sale. We left feeling confident and excited to get our new bed!!

This store was sooo fantastic!! Al and Bob were knowledgeable, courteous and made buying a new bed, so simple. I'm happy with my purchase!! Looking forward to many goodnight sleeps. Recommend to anyone who doesn't wake up feeling Fabulous, it could be your mattress. Go to sleep number today , for a test drive, you will be amazed.

Al provided excellent in store service at the Sleep Number in St. James. We purchased a mattress on our second visit. No pressure on either visit. Al was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions both times. Easiest big purchase I’ve ever made.

Walked into the store looking for a new mattress. I walked out feeling educated not only about mattress’s but the science of sleep and how a mattress will determine the quality of sleep you get. Al was great and showed us how sleep number customizes to your needs to achieve quality sleep. Demo mattress are available with a screen to show you pressure points on your body and how sleep number makes corrections to alleviate any pressure or discomfort. Highly recommended to stop here before buying anywhere else. At the minimum you will leave better educated in the science of sleep and what works best for you.
