Alex and his teammate were wonderful, very professional. Answered all our questions and took upmost care in removal and delivery of our products. We were very pleased with them. They added to reputation of the care and service of Bob's discount furniture. Thank you for all the from Maddy the sales associate to the delivery persons.

Olga was absolutely wonderful to work with at Bob’s Furniture. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. She took the time to walk us through all of our options, including financing and protection plans, and made sure we understood everything before making a decision. What we appreciated most was that Olga genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our new home. She thoughtfully asked if there were any other items we were looking for, such as a mattress or additional furniture, and provided helpful recommendations without ever being pushy. Her attention to detail, patience, and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both so knowledgeable and so personable. We are extremely happy with our purchase and grateful for all of Olga’s help. Highly recommend working with her!

I shopped yesterday bought a beautiful seven seater leather couch for my family. My sales person. His name was Rich. He was thorough patient and assisted me with all of my questions. I had a wonderful experience just waiting on my delivery with excitement. Thanks again for making my shopping experience pleasurable.

The furniture for what it is is nice. I don't have expectations that this is going to be 10-year furniture but that's okay too. Unfortunately the couch that I ordered is 5 to 6 weeks out. Luckily it's not something that I needed tomorrow. The staff was very nice. Angel our sales woman was very knowledgeable and took her time. We've been customers going on at least 15 years.

Olga was fantastic! She helped us find the perfect couch! Patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you’re shopping at Bob’s, ask for Olga. We are so excited for our new couch!
