This was the worst experience I have ever had—especially considering how expensive it is to shop here. I paid $150 for an assembly service that was supposed to include trash removal; instead, they left the box right there and told me I had to open it myself. Then they just left. I called to resolve the issue, and that’s when I noticed that the product was broken on one side. It is completely unusable. Next, they scheduled a replacement delivery for a time that suited *them*—despite knowing they had already botched the job once. I tried to reschedule it for a time when I would actually be home to receive it, but they assigned me a day and time when I couldn't possibly be there. After an hour of back-and-forth calls, not a single person was able to resolve the problem. I simply don't understand why they pay people who have absolutely no idea how to handle customer service issues. Never again will I deal with this company; they are completely disrespectful and utterly clueless.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jeff at Ashley Furniture. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect pieces for our home. His excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Jeff, we left feeling confident in our purchase and very satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend asking for Jeff if you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture Waterford Lakes!!

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Waterford Lakes. Johnny helped me purchase a beautiful Arrington Collection sectional and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, and made sure I got a great deal. His manager, William, was also excellent and helped make everything smooth. Great customer service, great pricing, and an overall awesome experience. Highly recommend asking for Johnny if you’re shopping here.

I would like to share the horrible experience my husband and I had at this Ashley store.
We came to the store simply to look around because we are currently shopping for a new bed. From the beginning, we had no intention of making a purchase that day.
When we arrived, we were greeted by several employees. One of them, a very nice lady, asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We politely told her that we were just browsing, and she respected our response and moved on to assist other customers.
A little later, Manny Castro approached us and asked similar questions. Once again, we politely explained that we were only looking around. However, after that interaction, he began following us very closely throughout the store. It became extremely uncomfortable. We felt as though we were being watched the entire time. Every time we turned around, he seemed to be nearby, pretending to adjust a pillow or look at merchandise, but it was obvious he was following us.
When we finally reached the mattress section, we started trying different mattresses to get an idea of what we liked. Manny approached us again, and once again we declined assistance. He then told us, "I was eavesdropping on your conversation and heard you were looking for a certain type of mattress." At that point, we were already uncomfortable with the situation.
We reluctantly followed him as he continued trying to sell us a mattress. He suggested running a soft credit check to see if we qualified for financing. We clearly told him that we were not interested because we did not have the credit for it, and if we eventually decided to purchase a mattress, we would pay in cash.
Throughout the conversation, we repeatedly asked for the actual price of the mattress he was recommending. Instead of providing the full price, he continuously responded with statements such as, "It would only be $50–$60 per month." He seemed unwilling to disclose the total cost and continued pressuring us to provide our information so he could check whether we qualified. He repeatedly assured us that it would not affect our credit because it was only a soft credit inquiry.
In the end, we declined the purchase because we never intended to buy anything that day and felt very uncomfortable with the pressure being applied. I only learned the actual price of the mattress later by searching for it online because he consistently avoided answering our questions about the full cost.
Today, I received an email from one of Ashley's financing banks informing me that my Ashley credit card was on its way. Not only did Manny harass and pressure us throughout our visit, but he also appears to have misled us into opening a credit card that we never wanted.
I understand that sales associates work on commission, but harassing customers, following them around the store, and misleading them into opening credit accounts is completely unacceptable. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable, pressured, and deceived, and it has seriously damaged our trust in Ashley Furniture.

Stevie was amazing. She let me walk the store first then helped me with selections. She was patient and helpful as I gathered items in the showroom to see what worked together. She has great taste and was truly helpful with my final decisions. She also was focused on ways to help me save. I did take advantage of promotions and was able to decorate our new home. Hugged her as I was leaving! Ask for her if you visit Ashley Waterford Lakes.
