Ashley Store

The Home Furnishing Consultant, Mark Posey, was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing, ordering, and setting up delivery options of our new furniture for our new home. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Thank you again for making our purchase a pleasant one.

Buyer Beware: This is actually not an Ashley Furniture, it is a franchise called 1915 South. We purchased a mattress and table from the company on 5/10. We had asked that everything be delivered on 6/4. We received our mattress and the delivery people said that AI forgot to put the table on the truck. During the delivery the base of the mattress had a hole in it. We took a picture of it and showed it to the delivery driver, the driver said someone would call us about the damage and the table in 24 hours. No one called us, I used the main number and used the text message back - it went to no where. We decided to go to the store and inquire. The assistant manager said the table was scheduled to be delivered a month out, and we said how can that be since it was supposed to be on the truck. She said she would contact the corporate office and someone would give us a call back. She also gave us her card and said if no one called she would personally call us back. We did not get a call and we called her and she also didn't call us back. I have contact customer care and the estimated times are more than 10 minutes which was actually a total of 2 hours and the system hung up.

Michele Hauck has been the most helpful person I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. She was so helpful. I recommend anyone coming to this store request her for service. She was amazing.

Just bought the most amazing couch! Michelle Hauck is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond to help us find exactly what we need! Please go to Ashley furniture in Spanish Fort! Their customer service is 100 out of 10!

Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped my daughter and me purchase a couch and mattress and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He was incredibly kind and patient with my 4-year-old, Delilah, which meant a lot to me. He also went out of his way to help us with discounts, which I truly appreciated. Great service, great attitude, and just an all-around great person. Highly recommend Mark!
