We came to the store late in the day on July 4. We were beginning a search for a rocker recliner. Chris showed us his favorite which was part of a set with a couch and loveseat. There was a great sale, and we loved the color on display. We ultimately bought the set. Very unusual for us to buy at the beginning of a search, but we had looked a lot online. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed working with him. We surprised ourselves by finding furniture we really like at our first visit, but we are very happy with our purchase.

Love this store! Carol Ann was fantastic and helped pick out the perfect recliner. We will definitely be shopping the East Chase store again.

Andrea Harris made my day. She went over and beyond to make me happy with my purchase. I will be back. 10 out of 10. **Update June 2026** After the amazing service I initially received from this company, a couple months later I noticed a problem with one of the items I purchased. I went into the store and was assured they would address my concern and repair the problem. A third party company came to my home and inspected the loveseat said he needed to order a part and would return. After about a week or so customer service from Ashley advised they wouldn’t cover the repair, and I could pay the 3rd party company to fix it. Oh and she said maybe they could have worked something out if I would have purchased a warranty… I’ve been burnt with the warranties in the past so sorry not sorry. Removing 3 stars. Just a heads up to the next customer.
