Ashley Store

The two men who delivered set our recliner up and were vey helpful on the instructions. We have never had a bad experience with Ashley furniture.

There today on June 25 purchased a couch. Saalespeople were so thoughtful and knowledgeable about all their products. Will be delivered next week so will see how well it works.

They are incredibly difficult to work with, they promise you the moon and stars but as soon as you give them your money they completely abandon all semblance of customer service. They will promise you services that they do not intend to provide and even credits that they will cancel before they go through.

I bought a sofa here. Garrett was amazing. Very knowledgeable and assisted with helping me find exactly what I needed. Great experience.

WONT BUY HERE AGAIN!!! We have been at the store for over 3 hours. We had 1300 cash down and we’re going to finance the rest for the couches. The lady that was “helping us” didn’t know much of anything. She gave us numbers that were constantly changing. We had a specific amount of cash down to use and they said all the numbers were perfect and everything would work. After having her manager come over several times because she didn’t know what to do we finally got down to the fact that the number they originally quoted us were off and they didn’t tell us about the extra fees we had to pay up front.
