I had such a great experience thanks to Kimberly at the Ashley store in Norman! I had just arrived and stopped by the vending machine near the restrooms, but unfortunately my Diet Coke got stuck. When I mentioned it to Kimberly, a home furnishing specialist, she immediately offered to help. A few minutes later, she went above and beyond in a way I never expected—she actually went out to a nearby Dollar Tree and came back with a drink for me so I could enjoy browsing the store. I was honestly so surprised and touched by her kindness. That level of customer care is rare! Kimberly is incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and truly dedicated to making sure customers have a great experience. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for her—she will absolutely take care of you!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent delivery experience involving my order from Ashley Furniture. While the furniture itself was not damaged, the conduct and effort demonstrated by the delivery team were unacceptable and ultimately led to the cancellation of my order. When the delivery team arrived, they indicated that the furniture might not fit through the doorway and asked that I sign a waiver stating that I would not hold them responsible if damage occurred during the attempt to bring the item into the home. While I understand the need for caution in certain situations, I was disappointed by the lack of effort and problem-solving demonstrated by the delivery personnel. In the past, I have personally worked delivering furniture, and it is common practice to take additional steps to ensure successful delivery. These steps can include temporarily removing door hinges, removing furniture legs, bringing cushions or pillows in separately, and protecting door frames with padding. None of these reasonable solutions were attempted or even suggested by the delivery team. Instead, the delivery crew appeared unwilling to make any effort beyond the most basic attempt and relied solely on asking me to sign a liability waiver. Because of this lack of effort and professionalism, I chose to cancel the order. As a customer, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism from a company with Ashley Furniture’s reputation. Delivery teams represent your brand directly in customers’ homes, and in this case the experience fell well below expectations. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed and improved for future customers. I hope Ashley Furniture will review the training and expectations given to delivery personnel to ensure they make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries before asking customers to assume liability. I had the BEST experience at ashley furniture! Ginger made everything so easy for me. She helped me pick out the best bed in the building and got me the best deal! Elizabeth was also very kind and helpful!

Worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. I wanted a specific type of cusion. The salesman leads me to a sofa that had that type of cushion. About 30 seconds after they delivered it, I unzipped the back cushion and it did not have the insert that can be removed to wash the cover. I have spoken to 4 different people. They all say they are going to check on it and get back to me. NO ONE DOES!! I wanted to return the sofa and get a refund. They told that was fine but I had to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee. It was their mistake !!!. Or I could just choose another sofa and I wouldn't have to pay the restocking fee... Why would ever want another sofa from this company. The salesman, Elliot was great!!

Went to Ashleys in Norman OK today and worked with Kimberly. She made the process so smooth and fun. She was very welcoming and down to earth. Not pushy or pressing. Very pleasant experience.
