Beware of their quick changing prices. We visited this store on Memorial this past Memorial holiday week to buy a couple of recliners. We went Sunday and decided on a couple chairs but out of time we decided to come to buy them on Monday. Memorial Day. Well we looked at the chairs again and were speechless because they went UP about 10 to 15% overnight. We knew exactly what the sale price was the day before. The sales person said yes the prices can change overnight. They wanted to know if we had a picture to prove it. How convenient for them! Because many people were coming in to buy on this final day of the Memorial Day Sale. After confronting management they simply said that is how it rolls. I told them it wasn't fair to not honor the sale price. I was told to grab a free hot dog on my way out. I almost told them what to do with their hot dog. We told them we would never be back and their deceitful pricing was just unbelievable. I have never had this kind of rude and could care less treatment in any furniture store. We will buy elsewhere. Prices are not what they seem and change. Beware!!

I came in to buy a pair of recliners. I was helped by Robert Shaw, and had one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. He asked what I was looking for and led me to all my options while keeping me under my price point. He didn't waste either of our time and got me in and out. 10 out of 10. If you get Robert you'll leave happy for sure.

Im right there with everyone else! Kevin Badgett was super patient and you know what, if he didnt know the answer, he found the answer. I came in expecting to be stalked like at other furniture places but to my surprise he greeted me with a warm smile, gave me a quick layout of the showroom floor and then gave me space to walk around a bit. A salesman or 2 checked on me but i made sure to let them know I was already being helped by Kevin B and they left me alone. Kevin turned what i expected to be a dreaded situation into a very pleasant experience! Ill definitely be back to purchase!

I went in earlier today and found a sectional and coffee table that met all of my needs. I was told that the Memorial Day financing promotion was extended through June and that I could get the member pricing financed at 36 months no interest. I went home to measure my space to ensure a good fit. When I returned, I was ready to purchase the set, but the sales manager quickly went back on his word earlier and said that promotion no longer applied and if I wanted extended financing, I would have to pay the much higher every day price. The sales manager Bray was unprofessional, condescending, arrogant, and very cocky. I made it clear that the furniture was desired, but certainly not needed immediately. I found what I needed at another store, but this guy lost a sale valued at over $5,000. I don’t know how this guy is even close to any form of management. He is shady and has absolutely no soft skills. I feel bad for the salesperson helping me because she was helpful and kind. And her manager cost her a fair commission for his lack of transparency, outright lies, and complete disregard for decency.

Lacey was amazing! She answered all of my questions thoroughly, provided excellent customer service, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her.
