Mathis Sleep

My questions were answered promptly-got the matress I wanted and great customer service! I went for an Americana with 20 year warranty. Can’t get better than that😊Thanks for a good experience!!

Ashley was incredibly respectful and helpful. She was diligent in finding us a great deal within our budget. She helped us with free delivery and the mattress protector. She was personable and kind. Made the shopping experience easy and friendly. Didn't feel like a furniture sales environment. Everybody in the store was helpful.

My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service we received at Mathes Brothers Mattress. Our sales representative, Shannon Fein, was very knowledgeable about the product and eager to provide the perfect mattress for us. He went out of his way to ensure that we chose the right one and that we would remain pleased with our purchase. Many thanks to Mathes Brothers for both the product and the service. Jeanne Giles

Very helpful! Bray was insightful and made our decision much easier! No pressure sale and lots of additional information! We are excited to enjoy our new mattress!

You know, for some reason, I have always shopped Mathis Bros first. So that's what happened when we decided to buy my granddaughter a bed. I live in Norman, so went to the sleep center. Boy, was this different. There were two women there, one behind the counter and one in message chair next to her. She could have been a client and the only salesperson in there could have been busy. I get that. But the woman behind the counter never even got up from her chair. She hollered at us across the building, "Yall doin okay?" That's the last we heard from her. We lingered for a while, sitting on beds like you do, but no one ever came over to us. Finally, we just left and she yelled again, "Ya'll have a good day." Thursday, May 14, 5:30 pm. We will never be back.
