I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Store! I recently bought a bed, mattresses, and a sofa, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Moe, the sales representative, was extremely helpful and patient — he took the time to explain all the options and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for great furniture and excellent customer service.

I am giving my experience 5 stars because Brandon and Douglas out of Janesville went above and beyond when it came to delivering my new sofa! They made everything a breeze and carried my XL custom sofa up the stairs. Cannot thank you guys enough!! God bless!

I highly recommend asking for Sam. He truly understands how difficult it can be to find the right furniture and was incredibly personable and not pushy at all. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back for future furniture purchases.

Cheaply made furniture. Went through two recliners in 5 years from this store. Bought the extended warranty. Got the run around to file a claim. Screws busted off from bottom, cushioning in foot/leg part rolled back. It’s bulging and my legs now rest on wood. No zipper to go in and flatten cushioning myself. They came and fixed the bolts. They rejected my cushion and said it’s not covered. I have had this particular leather recliner for two years. I have been leaving messages for managers at the store and repair place. No one is returning my calls. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley again.

Edit: Adding that it wasn't because i was waiting for a delivery to arrive, there other issues from that delivery & service in general. Since they commented. Original: I had issues with a delivery no one from this store ever called me back. Talked to a "manager", he was rude & didn't seem to know the policies when we spoke. Kept saying my sales rep would call me. They never did, this issue happened end of December right before new years. 0 stars if I could.
