Ashley Store

I was very impressed with the furniture available and the prices were very competitive with the competition. What sold me on buying my furniture at Ashley was how they let you browse the store without “harassing” you while you are shopping. John was our salesman’s and he gave us plenty of space but checked up on us to answer any questions we may of had. Definitely will come back to this location for any future furniture purchases.

My experience from the one I walked into the store until I left was top-tier. The manager greeted me in a very friendly manner and asked how he could help. I had been there the previous week to look around / get some measurements and Valerie was very helpful and even sent me off with printouts of the two pieces that I was considering. Valerie was already busy helping a client and had another one waiting. The manager came and found me and let me know. While I was waiting, I noticed another sales person who was also working with a client. He was super friendly and informative. As he was walking past me, I asked him a few questions which he promptly answered. His name was Adam. The manager came to check on me again and see if he could help me and I mentioned that if Valerie was not available, I would love to deal with Adam. I’m happy with the purchase that I made and I can’t wait for it to be delivered. I also want to mention that upon checkout, Adam made sure to request that they also put Valerie onto the sale as she had been the first person to help me. That speaks volumes of integrity and I have a lot of respect for that. I would absolutely come back to this store, which by the way is an hour away from my home for my next purchase and I would absolutely seek out Adam again

My wife and I were shopping for a sofa & loveseat set, and were fortunate to have been assisted by Roberto at Ashley Furniture in Fairless Hills. He was such a pleasure to deal with! He was professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Based on our description, he guided us through the available options, and would interject his personal opinion if asked. He was never pushy, and his many years of experience was quite evident as we proceeded to view our options. In the end, we chose a beautiful set, and Roberto made the entire experience fun. If you're in the market, you won't find a nicer, more sincere, more friendly sales rep than him. Much appreciated, Roberto! Thanks again!

We had a great experience on 2/21/26! Kirk was so patient and very helpful with helping us pick out our new living room set! The price was great! If you go there ask for Kirk he is very knowledgeable and so patient and kind! Thank you Kirk for all your help!

I want to share my recent experience with the delivery process at Ashley Furniture. During the purchase process, I was given an initial delivery timeline and later received multiple updates with changing delivery dates and partial availability information. At one point, I was asked to prepare my room for installation, including removing existing furniture, based on a confirmed delivery schedule. After following those instructions, the delivery was later postponed multiple times with different explanations regarding product availability and scheduling. As a result, there was no consistent or confirmed delivery date provided for a period of time. This has resulted in me being without my bedroom furniture for an extended period. The sales experience at the store was positive and the staff were professional during the purchase process. However, the post-purchase communication and delivery coordination did not meet expectations, particularly regarding consistency and clarity of updates. I am currently working with customer service to resolve the issue.
