We had such a great experience with this location on 71st! Daniel helped us find the perfect mattress we needed and was so helpful with the whole process! He even helped us when we needed to make an exchange/return for certain items and was not pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Daniel if you’re looking for a great salesman!!

Went to purchase an inexpensive side table. Calab Stiles assisted us without any pressure but was on point when we completed the purchase and set up delivery. Calab treated us just as professionally as if we purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture! Will return in the future, thank you!

Had a great experience at Ashley Furniture on 71st Street in Tulsa. Ask for Bob, he was great. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but he was available to answer any questions and very knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly!

Ashley is always easy to work with. I needed a few new items to better fit my needs in my new house. They had great selection and it fit my budget. Pleasure doing business with them.

Kind of upset with Ashley right now. We made a purchase on Sunday and I was stupid enough to order 2 dresser drawers only to realize my room is not that big. So I call to ask about returning one item. Of course they're like there's a delivery fee and restocking fee. Mind you we're still missing part of our order and we were told it'll be here 8-10 days so that's a first lie we fell for, since today, I was told oh rest of your order will take about a month. So instead of saying yes return the dresser on the same truck that delivers the rest of your pieces, they would rather schedule a whole new truck waste all that gas and charge me $100+ for returning plus restocking fee of $160. I mean people spend thousands of dollars at your store and you can't give any grace back in return. Honestly I don't know if I would go back and shop there again. We even did sales person a favor by agreeing to only get what's in stock delivered so she can meet her monthly quota and get the rest in 8-10 days. She was wonderful and we would do the same for her again. Her name is Denissa and if it was her, like I said, we would shop with her again, but if Ashley can't show a little grace to their customers I'm out. I'm very disappointed at the way they handle their customers it's not like I changed my mind month later. The delivery crew was laterally still finishing their paperwork in the truck outside my door when I called to ask about return and they're like well you have to pay restocking and delivery fee. Thanks for nothing Ashley I'm sure glad we delivered our dining table but our chairs won't be there for a month and not like you said 8-10 days. Either way it's all good as long as we go out of our way and meet their requirements and sale quotas and what not, but then when you ask for a favor back oh we can't do this and we cant do that but we can charge you more on top of thousands you already spent at our store.
