Hank's Fine Furniture

James Stultz was extremely helpful! I was purchasing furniture for my sister who lives in another location that also has a Hank’s furniture store. I needed to be the one placing the order and he made sure everything was done correctly to ensure it would be delivered to the store in that city and then onto my sister’s home. This is my second time to make a purchase from Hank’s and I have been very pleased each time!

Ellie Thorpe was such a joy to work with! She helped me throughout the process of trying alllll the functions on the sofas to find the right one for me. The delivery guys were very nice & had everything set up within minutes. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

I have been looking for a specific type of recliner and found it at Hanks. James greeted us as we came into the store directed us to the recliners and gave information on the ones we were interested in. He was very nice and helpful. He did not hoover, he let us look and discuss privately, which I appreciate. I ultimately wanted a different color. He advised the wait time on a special order. I looked elsewhere, many, many stores. No one else had what I was looking for. All who had similar were twice the price as Hank’s had to offer. I went back and spoke to James and he ordered the chairs in the color I wanted. He reiterated many times the wait time, I understand and am very happy to get what I was looking for at such an affordable price!

We had an amazing experience at Hank’s Fine Furniture thanks to James! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process of picking out our sectional couch. What really stood out was how thoroughly he showed us all the different configuration options and helped us visualize exactly how the sectional would fit and function in our living room. He took the time to understand our space and needs instead of just trying to make a sale, and that made such a huge difference. The versatility of the couch was honestly something we would have completely overlooked without his guidance. If you’re shopping for furniture, definitely ask for James — he made the experience easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

This was my first visit to Hank’s. Their prices are so my better than the competition for the same quality product. Ellie assisted me in finding a recliner and was very patient while I literally tried every one in the store out multiple times. She was also very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will return for my future furniture needs.
