When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm smile from Ivy. Very professional and friendly. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her and what I enjoyed most about my shopping experience is the freedom to look around with no pressure.

I’m absolutely in love with my new bed! It’s part of a new Ashley collection, so I did have to wait about a month for it to arrive, but it was completely worth it, and I would gladly wait again. Aivee was amazing throughout the entire process. She was helpful, professional, and made the experience so easy. I’ll definitely be returning to her for any future furniture purchases, and I highly recommend that you do the same!

I haven’t had the chance to try the bed yet, but I’m confident that I’ll love it based on the information you shared with me. It all made sense, and after leaving the store, I spent a lot of time researching the Tempur-Pedic mattress online. Everything you mentioned at the store aligned perfectly with my research. Initially, I was determined to purchase the Nectar mattress, but your insights changed my mind. You explained that the memory foam used in Nectar mattresses is just a modified sponge, while Tempur-Pedic utilizes the actual technology behind memory mattresses.

If you’re looking for furniture stay far away from here. Everyone is so nice to you when it comes to buying but the process afterwards is trash. Not one follow up call from my salesman to see how things went, and when delivery comes by far the worst experience I ever had to deal with! I had a white glove delivery and had to argue with the drivers about it. They failed to set up my chairs, clean up behind them and left things belonging to the damage items I refused. Now been back and fourth with customer service reps and they tell me one thing while the delivery says another. Horrible communication between them two. I am about to report this as fraud and false advertising from their contracts about how they handle white glove delivery. The mess I had to endure I wouldn’t want anyone buying new furniture to experience. Below I will share the mess they left behind, how my furniture came again after refusing it the second time, and the chairs I had to put together myself. Please check out another furniture place before shopping Ashely’s. I hope to save you from the headaches.

Do not buy anything from this store!!!!! It has been almost two months of me trying to get a new sofa, and it feels like an impossible mission. The people who work for this company seem to have a very hard time doing things right. The delivery truck had to come three different times because they kept sending the wrong sofa. Now, after many phone calls and wasting my time explaining how to do it correctly, on the third attempt they finally brought the right sofa — but damaged! 👏🏻 An expensive product just to go through all this frustration. Protect yourselves and stay away from buying from this brand.
