I told him I was looking for a specific drawer set and he guided me to them and let us browse after, no real pressure to purchase. Once I decided to purchase, he was ready to help with financing, delivery, and offering the protection plan. He matched the website price which was great. I’m excited to get my new drawer set today

Sales guy was low key, no pressure tactics, gave us the sales price even tho the sales event was officially over by a day. All in all, a good experience

I bought a sectional sofa and they didn’t even have the courtesy to properly cover up my sofas.In the process of transporting my sofas the got severely dirty! Now I have to be inconvenienced on how to clean them. The customer service was awful very unfriendly. Very unprofessional!!! I do not recommend this location, specifically. I have been to the West Covina location and had a great experience definitely recommend!
View on GoogleAmazing experience at Ashley’s Yorba Linda! From the moment we walked in, the store manager Raj made us feel special and was always ready to help. Our sales representative, Yola, was wonderful—very knowledgeable, patient, and truly an interior design expert. She was ready to answer every question we had and helped guide us through the process with so much care. What we appreciated most was that they gave us all the time we needed, with absolutely no rush or pressure. They let us walk through the store multiple times so we could carefully look at everything and make the best decision for our home. Both Raj and Yola went above and beyond for us multiple times, and it truly showed in the level of service they provided. The credit application process was fast, and ordering was even easier. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience, and we highly recommend Ashley’s Yorba Linda!
