Ashley Store

I had an outstanding experience working with Cyndi at Ashley Homestore in Boardman! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we needed. Cyndi made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. If you’re looking for quality furniture and exceptional service, I highly recommend asking for Cyndi. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely return for future furniture needs. Thank you, Cyndi!

Jason Kather was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I like to look around without feeling like I’m being stalked and Jason was very considerate of our request to just look around first and checked in to see if we had any questions but was not obnoxiously pushy. Once we decided what we were interested in he was very helpful. Really appreciated his help and knowledge. Would definitely come back to him when I need additional furniture.

We have come into Ashley’s twice now and have had the same wonderful lady help us named Cyndi! She is great and always tries to find us exactly what we are looking for by asking what we like and how we feel with each item so she can find us the perfect match. She helped us find a bed the first time around which we love and we just came in and she helped us find our first couch in our price range. She is a big help and is always attentive, helpful, Knowledgeable and understanding.
