They got it right again! They had a pattern in the store that I loved, So I went back and purchased a chair and they customized it for me with that pattern. I'm so happy and pleased. I also purchased this coach about 6 months ago. And they also customized it too. I would choose them over any furniture store. Thank-you!

He made the whole shopping experience very comfortable and put up with all my indecisiveness like a champ. I have loved Sleep Number products for decades... my oldest bed from them is coming up on its 20th "birthday" soon and I'm still using it. Only wish I could afford the Climate 360 with all the accessory furniture.
View on GoogleWe drove to the Sleep Number store and we were immediately greeted by Phil our salesperaon. We arrived approximately 45 minutes before closing time. We weren’t expecting all of the options and information! We told Phil what our budget was and what we wanted. He quickly helped us assess our wants versus our needs . He was amazing! He made sure we got the most options for our money. He was informative, patient, and very personable. If you call, I recommend asking for Phil! He is a true asset to the company!!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at the Boardman Sleep Number store. There is no pressure from the staff but they know their stuff. They are all professional and so nice! Phillip helped us the first visit, answered all my questions (many) and printed up two quotes. When we returned (a few days later-it’s a big investment, we had to discuss) Jordan was our guy. Again, professional and so approachable. He was excellent. Just loved him. Our entire experience buying our bed was perfect. You leave feeling like you made new friends. Every person who works here is nice. It’s a really positive atmosphere. Plus, LOVE MY i8 BED!
