I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Badcock Furniture. I purchased a sofa set, and within a short time, the buttons on the front of the sofa began popping out. Since then, I have spent months going back and forth with the store trying to get this issue resolved under my warranty. A technician was finally sent out, but he said he could not fix the problem and would order replacement buttons. After waiting months, I was told the buttons still were not available. I was then passed between the manager and customer service, each promising a follow-up that took weeks to happen. By the time someone finally contacted me again in late December and January, I was told the sofa could not be repaired at all. Instead of properly resolving the issue, I was offered a small store credit of around $370—but with restrictions that I could only use it toward another sofa or loveseat. The problem is that nothing comparable in the store costs that amount, meaning I would be forced to spend much more money just to replace a defective product that is still under warranty. This feels completely unfair and not customer-friendly, especially since the issue was not my fault. After months of delays, poor communication, and no real solution, I cannot recommend Badcock Furniture. Customers deserve timely service, honored warranties, and fair replacement options—not endless runaround and extra costs.

I found Badcock Furniture in Plantation from a Google search and I am so happy I did. I needed modern affordable furniture for my new house and this was exactly the store I was looking for. Not only did they have a great selection but the prices were much better than what I saw at City Furniture, Ashley Furniture or Rooms To Go. I purchased a nice dining room table and a modern recliner that doesn't look like a recliner. They were asking about double the price at some of these other furniture stores. The customer service was fantastic and I will be a long time customer of Badcock Home Furniture and More.

Badcock of south Florida is the greatest place to purchase Home Furniture. I love the staff. My family and I have been dealing with the location over 40 years or more, my mom has purchased from them since I was a little girl and I'm around 50. And I recommend this place and Gloria is the best person to help you find what you are looking for. I Highly recommend their furniture for your home.
