We went to Baer's furniture in November 2024 looking for specific leather furniture, and saw a lot of options, but wanted to see what other stores offered. Fast forward to October 2025 and after seeing what other stores had, we decided to give Baer's another chance. Previously, we did see a modular sectional that was leather, comfortable, and modern and was hoping it was still available. We asked for the same salesperson we had in 2024, and Pat remembered us and welcomed us in. She did show us the couch we were previously interested in, along with other loveseat and sofas that were similar, but we kept gravitating to our first choice. We were able to customize the sectional in a way that we thought would be best for our home, and Pat gave us an amazing price we couldn't resist, so we purchased it. She is so patient and amazing and we loved working with her, and I think she loved working with us too!!! Definitely check out Baer's Furniture. It's high quality furniture, with pieces you won't find anywhere within the big box stores or even discount furniture stores. You have to ask for Pat... (goes by "Pat-Pat"), and she will definitely have your best interest in mind. She's great to work with and has a great personality and sense of humor!!!
View on GoogleThis store is delightful and has a beautiful selection of furniture to choose from. My saleswoman has been Inna for each purchase. She is helpful and kind and never pushy. Ask her any question about a piece and she can tell you or quickly find out the answer. Good quality furniture is not cheap and Baer’s sales are genuinely fantastic. I’m thrilled with my new living room set and so are my family and friends.

We relied upon a particular, sales person, Denise Hernandez, with this ongoing project. Denise is a true professional! She expertly advised us, about the different facets, of the various furniture lines that Baer’s offers . . . from home furnishings, to mattresses . . . from decorative & accent pieces . . . to available warranties & special sales. Because of Denise’s incredible service, her attention to detail and to our needs and our preferences, we never hesitate to shop, at Baer’s Furniture. She is superb! We will always come back to Baer’s Furniture and to work with Denise, for any future purchases. We highly recommend her! Don’t hesitate to ask, for her to assist you make the perfect choices for your home.
View on GoogleUnfortunately this is not a good feedback. I have been a fan of Baer's for many years when I lived in Fort Lauderdale. I was excited to see that there is a Baer's location here in Jacksonville when I moved here. So I went and purchased a new couch and bed. The couch had issues and needed to be switched out, that not enough the new couch had problems as well and I went back to. I got offered to pick a different couch which was my only option. Before I purchased the furniture I made clear that I do not want any pieces with an P65 Warning. When I picked to new couch I again asked for it. The sales manager commented that I shouldn't worry about it I would literally have to lick the couch every day to get exposed to some chemicals. I thought that was not necessary to say. I ignored it, found a couch without the P65 Warning and accepted it. Now more than 4 years later I had to take my bed frame apart due to getting new floors (when I purchased it I had delivery and installation included). And there it was a sign with the P65 Warning. I couldn't believe it after I have specifically told what I was looking for. On top of that the bed quality is terrible. The fabric has a severe color changes in certain areas, the fabric has these knots in many areas, the bed frame is a joke. Only 2 screws were holding the frame together, all other screws have not gotten any grip. The wood (definitely some cheap lightweight material) is not holding the screws. This is so disappointing I can 't even tell.
View on GoogleAfter initially leaving a very frustrated review due to issues with our damaged furniture and difficulty getting a resolution, I feel it's only fair to update it. While the process took time, Baer's furniture truly worked with us to make things right. A special thank you to Jennifer in customer service, she was persistent, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us. Because of her efforts, we finally received our replacement tabletop. We really appreciate the follow-through and the care shown in resolving the situation. Thank you for standing behind your customer and making it right. You ROCK!
