Great store and excellent service! Alex was amazing — very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything and help us make the right choice. We also took advantage of a great pillow promotion — buy one, get one free — which was a nice bonus. Overall, the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

This review is to warn anyone who is considering purchasing from this store. To be honest their mattress was not the hype they made out to be. Its only as good as their competitors. The biggest negative for me was their so called white glove delivery service. It was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. We were told by the salesman that the mattress and the base will fit on any frame as long as it holds the weight. Then their delivery men comes in and BREAKS our bed apart to fit the base and the mattress. Then when we called the store, they says they shouldn’t have done that and absolutely shifts blame from themselves saying its not their men and they are contractors. The delivery men barely spoke english. Its been over a month since they said they will solve the problem by filing insurance claim with the delivery company. We havent heard anything or received any type of resolution. Yes the store calls once in a while to see if we heard from the other place because they cant see the progress on their end. BUT PLEASE TELL ME HOW THATS HELPING? If this was the service that you were offering why do you even advertise as white glove service? If you cant even solve the problem and cant help us anyway they should have been transparent from the beginning. Now we are stuck with 6k bill. We will most definitely be filing a complaint with the appropriate organization. Because this is so frustrating. Our bed is such an eyesore and the mattress is not all the hype!!!!!!

Alex, the store manager, went above and beyond by personally meeting us at my mom’s apartment so she could verify the order and sign the receipt in person. That level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. The bed frame itself is fantastic, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. If you're looking for an adjustable bed and want to work with people who genuinely care, I wholeheartedly recommend this Tempur-Pedic store—and especially Bill and Alex. They turned a big transition into a smooth and reassuring experience for our whole family.

I went in purchase some sheets and Bill greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told him what I wanted and he jumped right in to help. He even provided some insight for my bed settings to make my experience a little better. As long as Bill is there this will continue to be my store. His customer service and knowledge was impeccable
