Just met Shawn at the Casper location in St. John's Town Center ... he was amazing. He asked all the right questions to help me make my best choice. He led me through three mattress trying options, explained the pricing and availability for each. He was knowledgeable about the products. He spoke with honesty, mindfulness and has an amazing personality.

Shawn was simply amazing. He helped me pick out all the items needed for a full king size bed set, and then helped me with delivery. I told him he was the best sales person I have ever spoken to. We had a great experience with Shawn Patterson at the Casper Store in the Jacksonville Town Center. Shawn is a very knowledgeable sales person about not only Casper mattresses, but also how they compare with other name brand mattresses. He was able to show us the differences in the Casper models and tell us the benefits that each mattress offered. I was impressed with the orderliness of the store and how accommodating it is to customers. Both my husband and I very much appreciated Shawn’s knowledge and kindness. We are long time Casper fans.
