Sleep Number

Had a wonderful experience with Kyle while shopping for our new bed! My husband and I originally stopped in just to look for new pillows for our current mattress, but after a great conversation with Kyle and learning more about our options, we ended up finding the perfect new bed setup instead. We’ll be moving our existing bed into the guest room, so it worked out even better than we expected. Kyle was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made us feel pressured, he genuinely took the time to help us find what was right for us. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and are so excited for our new bed. Highly recommend working with Kyle!

I was extremely surprised at the helpfulness and with all the time Linda provided us while checking out the different features of the beds I was interested in. She explained the functions and how best to utilize them. Ms. Linda walked me through different functions of the bed so I would have a feel for "my number" when I got my bed delivered. I purchased a bed from the sleep number at the town center. I am happy either way my bed but it wasn’t a 100% smooth ride. The showroom over there at the town center is clean and nicely set up as it should be for a showroom to not scare customers just on first impression. The sales lady that took care of us was nice, knew all the features and all the different beds. She was friendly and answered all our questions, we felt like we had made the right choice and signed out contract and left. They give you a delivery date usually 1-2 weeks out. That’s where the good part ended. The time passed and they do have good communication still through the date agreed on and they are good about telling you they are on the way and what time they will arrive etc. unfortunately somewhere after the sales office and their warehouse is where to communication stops. The bed and the technicians did arrive as scheduled, but lo and behold, the wrong headboard color is delivered. Of course this where the sales person starts playing the blame game with the warehouse. After you’re paying $7k to a bed you’d at least expect them to have their system at least in semi-working order, but no. After 4 week of yelling at them back and forth on the phone between the sales people and the customer service number, and now I have 4 boxes with all the wrong color headboards that they simply refuse to want them back, i STILL don’t have the correct color. They even sent a size queen when I had bought a King size bed. And no matter the amount of complaining and explaining that you do will get them to pay attention or do their job right. I don’t want to assume anything but the furniture box says on the side “made in Vietnam “ I know this is not service worthy of the amount of money we paid. Anyway hope you’re aware of what you’re getting when you’re about to spend this much money. I was left with a very underwhelming experience.

Super excited to get my very first sleep number bed delivered shortly!! Our experience today at the town center store was amazing. Honestly was dreading going ‘mattress shopping’ but Scottie was incredible!! He happens to also be the store manager at this location and is awesome. He is no pressure.. explains everything so well and just puts you at ease. Never one did we feel like we were being pushed into anything. If you are ever even thinking about buying this line of mattress, go see Scottie!! He’s so nice and you’ll be glad you did!!

The team took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole process easy and comfortable. A special thank you to Kyle, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for without any pressure. His customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a quality mattress and a great buying experience!
