Baumgartner's Furniture in Columbia

I just ordered a sofa and loveseat from Drue and wanted to give him a shout out for his great service. I came in Sunday and he was very patient with us, despite our kids being in tow (which is saying something if you’ve seen kids in a furniture store). He ended up recommending a set we liked more than what we had intended to order, and let us go home with some fabric samples for a few days. I came back today and he wrapped things up quickly for me. I can’t vouch for the delivery service yet, but wanted to make sure he gets recognized.

This was the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. After years of dealing with inferior brands and big box stores for furniture, my wife and I decided it was time to pull the trigger on some quality furniture built to last in our busy household. Drue was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy and let us take our time with our decision. He was more than happy to take the time to explain all of the options, warranty, and insurance. We are now happy owners of a new sectional and hybrid mattress. Can’t wait to break them in- gigity.

Bad customer service, store was really hot, but did have what we wanted. Was just in store for 2019 Labor Day Sale and my husband and my two kids tried about every mattress, but not one employee talked to us except from the initial hello we got from a man who made a little joke which we did appreciate. We were ready to buy a mattress too, but couldn't justify buying something without customer service.

The lady who works here is very helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for. Even told us about thr upgrade options for our sleeper sofa with a better mattress and fabric. The mattress was definitely worth the upgrade. Will come back here again for another lazy boy in the future.

I invested in what I thought was as a sturdy sectional. When a piece of the frame broke they were eager to fix it, but for several hundred dollars in labor alone. When they returned the piece it had exposed batting, was not level, and had exposed staples on the back. They were informed and took the piece back to fix again. I also received the money back for labor since it was an embarrassingly horrible job. Then a foot to my ottoman broke. Split into three pieces from what was a faulty piece of wood where it had been drilled. When I came into the store for a replacement piece I was treated horribly. The associate was talking extremely quick to accuse me of mishandling and I left the store. I would not recommend spending money with them. I am also an interior designer, so I am very upset at how they treated me.
