Sleep Number

We had an outstanding experience at Sleep Number! The entire process was smooth, informative, and actually fun. From the beginning, everything was clearly explained, and the science behind the technology made total sense. You can immediately see the results on the screen, which helps you understand how the bed supports your body and improves your sleep. A special shoutout to Jonathan, our Sleep Expert—he was absolutely amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient, he took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood everything. He truly made the experience even better. At first glance, the beds may seem like a big investment, but once you factor in the warranty, the ability to personalize your sleep settings, and—most importantly—the long-term benefits to your health, it really is a smart decision. I was especially excited to learn about the free Sleep Number app that lets me track my sleep every night. It’s so cool to see real data on how I’m sleeping and how the bed is helping me improve over time. If you’re thinking about improving your sleep, I highly recommend visiting Sleep Number. It’s more than just a mattress—it’s a whole experience geared toward better sleep and better health.

We love our new sleep number bed. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. Brayden, in the Columbia, MO store was great! He continues to be helpful when he calls to check in on us to see if everything is okay. He is very knowledgeable of the product! 5⭐️ for Brayden too!

Chris is super helpful and somehow manages to keep up with all the changes sleep number makes to their products. We had to figure out a different solution since my partner didn’t like the bed once we slept on it for a few nights. Chris was super helpful with the process of returning our mattress and the purchase of a twin mattress for just my side. In addition, this store is very clean and easy to get to.

Buying experience with Chris and Brayden in the Columbia store was excellent. Delivery went smoothly. Dedrick communicated when he’d arrive. He and Tommy were professional yet friendly. Dedrick demonstrated the remote control. Great overall experience.

Sold me a mattress assuring that I’ll get a free white glove delivery and assembly. In the end I had to pay for delivery and there was no assembly. So, just usual “scam to buy technique”. Very sad.
