Becker Furniture

Alex Messerich was the help we didn’t know we needed! We wanted new living room furniture and we had an idea of what we wanted, then Alex showed us the Flexsteel furniture and we were smitten. Alex was very professional, approachable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Many thanks, S McGowan

I believe this location recently opened but we have a phenomenal experience working with Ally! She was extremely knowledgeable on the selection and inventory available within the story. Did an amazing job at showing us options that met our needs and price point without trying to oversell. Furniture stores can sometimes feel sales-y but this was the complete opposite. By the end of the process, Ally felt like a friend with a great interior design eye. They have quality pieces to pick from at great pricing with solid financing options! Alex walked us through all the financing options thoroughly and he was so great! Very knowledge and thorough in his explanation! I can’t recommend them enough!

I went to Furniture Mart in desperate need of a reclining chair for a loved one with health issues. I worked with Nathan Coulter and he was amazing! He was patient and kind and listened to my needs. He did not try to push me into something we didn’t need. I actually teared up at the end of our visit because of the care and compassion he showed me during a stressful moment. We need more people like Nathan in customer service! Grateful.

We’ve just purchased our second mattress set from this store all because of Earl Bane. He sold us our first set and we enjoyed meeting him. We came back because we liked him and the store service so much.

Wonderful experience, Giles was our sales associate at the Maple Grove location. Giles was very personable and product knowledgeable. If you’re looking for an informative low pressure sales shopping experience with beautiful high quality furniture at a variety of price points I would highly suggest you go to the Maple grove furniture mart and ask for Giles .
