We just spent a few hours with Liz at the Minnetonka store and had a fantastic experience. She was patient, explained all options available and provided amazing customer service while we purchased all new furniture for our home. Recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase home furniture.
View on GoogleI recently visited Furniture Mart Minnetonka and had an awesome experience. The assistant manager Ryan, and the sales associate who helped me were extremely kind and immediately assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. I had questions about a prior quote I received and they took the time to break it down, answer my questions, and were very knowledgeable. They even stayed until a bit later (until close) to help me with some custom options. I really appreciate this GREAT customer service, kindness, and highly recommend this location. Thank you so much!
View on GoogleWe went here to Becker furniture, in minnetonka, off of highway 7 and Highway 101, on saturday, July 5th I believe it is. anyways, they are discontinuing and have sales 50 to 75% off everything! of course not everything is cheap here, there was an actual single white chair with a wicker background, I did take a picture of it, attached, and it was marked DOWN to $3700! Irina helped us, and has this sarcastic /funny personality, very fun. Enjoy all my photos! Make deals, I bet they'd take your offer!
View on GoogleLiz, Michelle and Laura were an outstanding team that helped me problem solve some unique furniture and mattress needs at our cabin. They were knowledgeable, responsive and delightful! Kate
View on GoogleI recently made a couple purchases Becker furniture in Minnetonka and worked with Ben and Kristin. It was SUPER helpful to have one of the employees come to my home and do measurements and confirm that what I was looking at would indeed fit in my space! I purchased the protection plan (which I normally don’t do), and after having our table less than 2 weeks, I made a huge scratch on the top of it. The individual who came to look at it did an amazing job and you can’t even see it anymore. SO …. I highly recommend this store AND the service plans!
