BedMart Mattress Superstores

This was our first trip to BedMart and we received such wonderful service from Tom. He was thorough, well informed and helped us find a matress we are so excited to receive. Thank you Tom!!!

Incredibles store. They really really know their stuff. The sales person I’m working with is named Justin, and he has been absolutely great to work with. It’s my second purchase here and this was the same great experience! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Tom. Walked me through 1:1 about each mattress option and was extremely knowledgeable on each brand. The Gresham location was a great choice and would recommend to anyone new to buying mattresses.

Had a wonderful experience. Went in to try different mattress and Tom helped direct us to ones most likely to fit us. No pressure whatsoever. We thought it over for a week and came back. Tom was able to help us again and we’re very excited for our new mattress! Super kind and knowledgeable!

I didn’t actually buy anything from this store but I did call the store this afternoon and David spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me troubleshooting how to get my mom’s mattress and bed working again (She has one of those movable beds with the remote and she lost the remote. She has cancer and her legs are really swollen and so we were really trying to get her legs up with her bed). He tried and tried and tried to help get everything working again And went through multiple troubleshooting routines, unfortunately, we were unable to get it to work, but his attitude and his willingness to stay on the phone with me for that long even though I didn’t buy anything from him or his store just goes to show that this store has some really good people in it and David deserves to be called out for his goodness and his help! Thank you so much for your help David!! You made our night!
