BedMart Mattress Superstores

AI can never replace Tony Smith. I drive across town just to see Tony at the Broadway location. He always takes great care to get exactly what I need at a great price. We just received a new mattress and pillows for my son and loved it so much I ordered a new king bed set for myself. Thanks again Tony!

I talked to Tony today because I wanted to see if my warranty was still good because my adjustable bed frame wasn't working. Unfortunately it was out of warranty and I hadn't purchased an extended warranty so only parts were covered. Tony said that he would help me get.a claim started for a repair but in the meantime I should try unplugging the frame for 10 seconds and pressing two of the buttons on the remote at the same time for 30 seconds after plugging it back in. It worked! I called to let him know so that he wouldn't have to move forward with anything. From beginning to end Tony was friendly and professional and patient with questions. He had customers in the store but still took the time to be thorough in his assistance with me. I appreciate it so much!

Found what I wanted quickly. Closing the purchase took almost 20 minutes. Please fix your terminals so we can pay and get out of the store.

Michael was extremely helpful and friendly!! We found a great mattress (discounted!) and even were able to get it delivered within two days on a holiday. Can't recommend enough!
